Translation
The council and the people (set up the statue of) Lucius Aur(elius) Aristomenes, after he has served magnificently as agonothetes; he is the son of L(ucius) Aur(elius) Aristomenos and Aurelia Tatia, agonothetai and high-priests of Asia.
