Translation
When the most remarkable Aurelia Polyer[– –] Artemisia was agonothetis of the pentaeteric contest Artemisia, celebrated for the first time, (this statue of) Aurelius Perikle[ides?], member of the council, winner of the pankration of the men, (was set up).
